I design and deliver AI solutions that move past demos and into day-to-day work: Copilot agents, knowledge systems, and automation that actually stick. Most of my work sits in complex, people-heavy environments (government, healthcare, regulated sectors), where technology only succeeds if it’s grounded in real processes and real behaviour.

I tend to operate as the bridge between ambition and implementation — translating messy organisational needs into structured, scalable systems. The goal is always the same: make work simpler, faster, and more human.

How I got here

I fell into tech early - helping roll out Microsoft 365 at school and accidentally discovering that I liked the mix of people, systems, and problem-solving. That turned into my first role as an IT technician, then into consultancy at Hable, working on SharePoint, automation, and digital workplace transformation.

Over time the focus shifted from tools to outcomes: governance, knowledge architecture, and how organisations actually adopt technology. When generative AI arrived, it felt like a natural continuation rather than a pivot. I’d already been building automation and knowledge systems - AI just expanded what was possible.

Now at CPS, I focus on turning AI potential into operational reality: designing Copilot and agent solutions that scale, integrate, and deliver measurable value.

What I work on

  • Agentic AI & Copilot - Copilot Studio agents, grounded AI, orchestration patterns
  • Microsoft Cloud - SharePoint, Teams, M365 architecture, Azure AI integration
  • Automation & Process - workflow design, CI/CD, operationalisation of AI
  • Knowledge & Information - IA, search, knowledge systems, governance
  • Adoption & Change - making complex tech usable and sustainable

Outside work

I’m usually outside - hiking, camping, or exploring somewhere windy. I’m also a DofE instructor, which is partly about helping others get outdoors and partly an excellent excuse to be there myself. When the weather wins, it’s games and good company instead.
